How can we empower women leaders in Germany?

Last night Baddý Sonja, CEO of 1xINTERNET was interviewed at hr-iNFO at Hessischer Rundfunk.

Baddý Sonja discussed with Petra Boberg from hr-iNFO discussed her view on being a female founder and leader at a digital software company in Germany, how she visualises the future for women in the digital industry as well as robotic soccer, Iceland and digitalization. 

More than half of the german population are women, but only around 16% startups in Germany  have female founders. Why is that? And how can this be changed. This and more were discussed last night at hr-iNFO.

All female leaders that I know are doing great job. Its important that women are visible in and Im proud of the diversity at my company.

The interview is part of a digital trilogy organized by Jumpp  which is a coordinating office supporting women and business  where it's possible to ask for assistance, grants, funding or advice returning to the labor market.
