Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver web/software projects
- Prepare backlog for implementation together with the project team
- Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests
- Participate in requirements workshops
- Liase with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
- Lead daily project standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate/execute quality assurance and releases
Required knowledge, skills, and experience
- 7+ years of project management experience delivering web solutions
- Experience in working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Asana)
- Strong knowledge of different software delivery methodologies
- Great English and German command, both in writing and speaking
- Well-developed teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Solution and goal-oriented way of working, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and quick comprehension
- Understanding of web technologies and software development
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Drupal or delivering web content management solutions
- Knowledge of agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- International / intercultural work experience
